01 · Problem

The category looks like a WordPress graveyard.

Every study-abroad consultant website looks identical: stock photo of a smiling student, a form, a footer with 40 flags. Parents can’t tell one from another — so they pick on price.

Edufly had a genuinely premium service (ex-consulate advisors, 99% visa rate, direct university relationships) but their website communicated “average.” They were losing leads to competitors with worse outcomes but better sites.

02 · Approach

Design an airline, not a consultancy.

We reframed the entire brand as a departure — boarding passes, coordinates, chapters, manifestos. The site reads like a magazine, not a service menu.

Every micro-interaction reinforces premium: a marquee of application milestones, a numbered manifesto of principles, four destination cards with live coordinates.

  • Editorial aesthetic with chapter-numbered sections
  • Live boarding-pass motif with N/E coordinates
  • Four destination country pages with admission requirements
  • Integrated lead-capture form with target intake selector
  • Fully SEO-optimized with dynamic schema for education services
03 · Engineering

Framer Motion + Next.js for feel.

The site is a Next.js 15 app with Framer Motion doing the heavy lifting: layered marquees, sticky chapter numbers, scroll-linked destination reveals.

On mobile everything is buttery. Lighthouse scores 96+ across the board. The whole thing loads in under 1.4s on 4G.

04 · Outcome

The category leader, on the internet.

Post-launch, Edufly saw inbound lead quality jump dramatically — students arriving already convinced, ready to sign. The 99.2% visa success rate is finally on-brand.

12,480+ students have now been placed through Edufly across UK, Germany, Poland and the UAE. The website is doing the pre-sell so advisors can focus on outcomes.

From SOP editing to my Toronto visa interview, the team walked me through every step. I got the visa on the first try — no back-and-forth.
